Peace

I've been making a concentrated effort to slow my lifestyle down in order not to miss the special moments that may occur... to be more patient and aware. What I am noticing and becoming annoyed by, is how my fellow man is so much in a hurry and fidgety about what he can't really put his finger on.
What do you want, I ask my work companion as she fidgets about.
She doesn't even know. It just feels like she should be trying to get something.
Man seems to think the action of life lies in the drama that can occur in each moment. Perhaps this is why they don't know peace and the joy and excitement there in. If they did, there would be no more need of that feeling to get something you know not of!
